Questions Are Welcome Here

You’re taking an important step toward your health and growth — it’s natural to have questions. Here are some of the most common ones clients ask before starting coaching. If you don’t see yours, reach out anytime or schedule a free Discovery Call — no pressure, just a chance to connect and get clarity.

General Coaching Questions

A Nurse Coach is a registered nurse trained in behavior change, motivational interviewing, and holistic wellness. Unlike traditional healthcare providers who focus on diagnosing and treating illness, Nurse Coaches help you create sustainable lifestyle changes that support your whole-person health.

Coaching focuses on where you are now and how to move forward — it’s about growth, action, and empowerment.
Therapy often focuses on processing past experiences, while medical care focuses on diagnosing and treating illness. Coaching complements these, but doesn’t replace them.

No. You can schedule directly with me. However, if you’re working with a physician, I can help you integrate your care plans and communicate what you’re learning through coaching.

Your free 1-hour Discovery Call is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a space for connection, clarity, and next steps.

Session & Program Details

Most sessions are 60 minutes, though shorter check-ins or follow-up sessions can be arranged as needed.

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly at first, depending on your goals and pace. Together, we’ll set a rhythm that supports consistency without overwhelm.

All sessions are held virtually via secure video conferencing, so you can join from anywhere.

Supportive, compassionate, and realistic. I bring my 18 years of nursing experience to every session — combining evidence-based strategies with a holistic, non-judgmental approach.

Payment & Policies

Pricing varies depending on your coaching package and frequency of sessions. During your Discovery Call, we’ll review your goals and decide what structure fits best for your needs and budget.

Currently, coaching is not covered by insurance. However, many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions — check with your provider for details.

I understand that life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments so that time can be offered to another client.

Results & Outcomes

Every journey is unique. Some clients notice mindset shifts or improved energy within a few sessions, while others experience gradual change over time. The key is consistency — small, steady steps create lasting results.

You’ll learn to set boundaries, build healthier habits, manage stress, and strengthen your mindset. Many clients also report improved confidence, emotional balance, and overall joy in their daily lives.

Yes — as a nurse, I’m trained to understand how health conditions affect your lifestyle. Coaching focuses on the habits, mindset, and routines that support your medical care, but it’s not a substitute for medical treatment.
